We have entered into the midst of the 2008 primary elections. While the democrats have narrowed their field and have several candidates that seem to possess the attributes they desire in a candidate, republicans have been left wondering if there is any candidate that possesses all of the attributes that make for a good candidate, and more importantly, a good president.
This blog makes the argument that republicans do indeed have a winning conservative candidate. He is easy to overlook, because he does not fit the “mold.” But he is a true conservative and a principled public servant. He is John McCain, and he is the Republican Party’s best, and I believe only, chance at winning the presidency in 2008.
